Suggestions to make your experience a pleasurable
one:
** Leave all expensive jewelry at home. We wouldn’t
want to see your diamond ring going overboard into Lake Ontario!
** If you are unsure of your sea sickness/motion sickness
status it is recommended that you take a medication such as
Dramamine at least one hour before boarding the vessel. There
are other methods available that you may want to consider
such as motion sickness patches and “sea bands”
(bracelets which apply pressure to certain points on your
wrists).
** A light snack or meal is recommended before sailing, people
with empty stomachs are more prone to sea sickness. Avoid
heavy greasy meals.
** If we are visiting the US please have appropriate ID.
** Bring a light jacket or sweatshirt, even if it seems warm
on land it may get cool on the water.
** If you would like to listen to your favorite music please
feel free to bring CDs.
** Bring sunscreen; the sun is very intense on the water.
